With over 10 years of health care industry experience specifically focused on Medicare plans, Melissa brings specialized knowledge and a strong work ethic to Pharmacy Benefit Dimensions’ (PBD) Account Management team.

Melissa is a hands-on, hard worker who is detailed-oriented and dependable. Managing Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWP) accounts requires a thorough understanding of Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) rules and an appreciation of a client’s specific needs. These needs typically include everything from ensuring that the correct documents are filed with CMS within specific timeframes to educating clients about enrollment, the coverage gap and other Medicare essential topics.

Prior to entering the health care industry, Melissa attended the University at Buffalo as a full-time undergraduate, while working third shift as a manufacturer and dispatcher at American Axle. Melissa assisted clients with renewals, worked with actuaries to attain plan rates, plan designs and planning for open enrollment to go off without a hitch. Melissa brought her expertise in Medicare to PBD in 2018 and has built her career on that foundation ever since, managing all of PBD’s EGWP groups.
