
ABOUT
Korrin joined Pharmacy Benefit Dimensions (PBD) as an account manager in 2014, and was recently promoted to senior account manager in 2019. Drawing on the 10 years of experience she gained as an account manager at Labor Management Healthcare Fund, Korrin actively oversees a client base of 42 self-funded groups (containing over 40,000 members) and serves as the contact point for any questions that her clients may have regarding their plan administration.
She is a versatile professional with a 30-year career focused on driving change to provide exceptional management of benefits. Korrin provides an extremely high level of service with her strong attention to detail. She is a highly respected and dedicated team player with a strong work ethic.
Outside of work, Korrin finds peace and relaxation through meditation, and is dedicated to spending time with her daughter and family.
EXPERIENCE
As a senior account manager, Korrin possesses extensive historical knowledge of the clients under her charge, which include school districts, not-for-profit organizations and private businesses. Korrin manages comprehensive implementation processes for new groups, documenting any changes along the way. She provides clinical assessments and offers recommendations to boost plan performance, ensuring that her clients are able to flawlessly execute and understand their benefits.
A trusted advisor to her colleagues, Korrin prides herself on her ability to guide them on the best practices for assuring member satisfaction and enjoys training new employees on the intricacies of account management.
Prior to joining PBD and her 10 years with Labor Management Healthcare Fund, Korrin worked in several roles at various organizations, including the Erie County Executive's Office, the Buffalo Niagara Partnership, the Erie County Board of Elections and the Erie County Legislature.
COMMUNITY WORK
Actively involved in her daughter’s activities in her early years, Korrin served as troop leader for her daughter’s Girl Scouts group as well as a member of the Williamsville Youth and Recreation board.
