ABOUT

As an IT executive for over 20 years, Leslie has a wealth of experience in building and leading high-performance teams, defining and executing strategic plans, solving business problems and driving transformative change through the use of tools and technology.

Leslie’s true passion is understanding business problems and developing and implementing new solutions that will make people’s lives better. As a leader, Leslie takes pride in developing teams and organizations that are much greater than the sum of the parts.

Outside of work, Leslie and her husband Bob of 25 years have college-age twin daughters, Sam and Grace, and their golden retriever, Summer. Leslie’s interests include gardening, cooking and working out. She also enjoys being with family and friends.

EXPERIENCE

In her role as Vice President, Chief Technology Officer at Pharmacy Benefit Dimensions (PBD), Leslie provides leadership and direction on the development of an IT strategy that will support the growth of the business and provide associates with the tools to better serve customers.

Prior to joining PBD in May 2020, Leslie’s experience includes 16 years at the Erie County Medical Center ECMC where she served in several technical and leadership roles, including Vice President, IT Enterprise Integration, Vice President, Chief Information Officer, Assistant Director of Information Systems and HIPAA Security Officer. She also worked as Assistant Director, Manager and HIPAA Project Manager at PBD’s parent company Independent Health for 11 years, beginning in 1993.

Throughout her career, Leslie honed her skills in organizational and staff development, customer relationship management, problem solving, team building and mentoring, business and IT strategy alignment, vendor management and budget development and management.

COMMUNITY WORK

Over the years, Leslie’s focus has been on supporting her family and the community. She has always been an active participant with supporting the Lancaster/Depew Ponytails (softball) and the Lancaster High School drama club.

To give back to the community, Leslie and her daughters are active volunteers for Habitat for Humanity, a nonprofit organization that helps families build and improve places to call home.

Leslie’s guilty pleasure is any type of iconic action and war movie such as Die Hard, Terminator and Saving Private Ryan.
