5 Stars. 5 Years. One Standard: Excellence

BUFFALO, N.Y. – October 14, 2025 – For an unprecedented fifth consecutive year, Pharmacy Benefit Dimensions’ Medicare Employer Group Waiver Plan (EGWP) Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) has earned a coveted 5-Star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for the 2026 plan year.
This recognition places Pharmacy Benefit Dimensions among a select group in the United States — just 1 of only 2 PDPs nationwide to receive a 5-Star rating for 2026. The average overall star rating for all prescription drug plans is 3.38 stars, underscoring the exceptional quality and performance of PBD’s plan.
“We are incredibly honored to once again be awarded the highest quality rating from CMS and maintain our position as one of the top-rated pharmacy benefit management-sponsored plans in the country,” said Lynne Reilly, President of Pharmacy Benefit Dimensions. “This remarkable achievement is a direct reflection of our entire team’s unwavering commitment to putting our customers first. Year after year, our staff goes above and beyond to deliver trusted, high-quality service and support. Obtaining the highest possible rating demonstrates our reputation as one of the most reliable and customer-focused pharmacy benefit managers in the country.”
CMS Star Rating System and Why it Matters
The CMS Star Ratings system evaluates Medicare plans based on performance measures including customer service, member experience and drug safety. A 5-Star rating signifies excellence across all categories for Pharmacy Benefit Dimensions. The system supports CMS' efforts to empower people to make health care decisions that are best for them. Plans are rated annually based on a 5-star system — 1 star meaning “poor” quality and 5 stars for “excellent” quality.
“Our consistent 5-Star performance is a testament to our relentless pursuit of excellence in both quality and customer experience,” Reilly added. “Receiving Medicare’s highest rating reflects the extraordinary dedication of our entire team, whose tireless efforts ensure our members receive the highest level of service and support.” Pharmacy Benefit Dimensions continues to set the standard for service, innovation and member satisfaction in the pharmacy benefit management industry.”
