Dana joined Pharmacy Benefit Dimensions (PBD) as a clinical pharmacist in 2017 after earning her Doctorate from the D’Youville College School of Pharmacy. Dana’s responsibilities include managing and implementing a value-based approach to PBD’s drug formularies, monitoring plan performance, and developing clinical programs. She also serves as a clinical advisor for PBD’s clients.

Dana has a passion for helping others and that extends beyond her professional role. She is active in the local community, volunteering in several organizations to help others make positive and healthy life choices. Dana is also a certified yoga instructor committed to teaching others to achieve a healthy mind, body and spirit.


Dana provides clinical expertise in formulary and drug policy management and oversight of trends and utilization. Her focus is to help clients, brokers and members get the most value out of their pharmacy benefit while providing superior service. During her time at PBD, Dana has gained significant experience as a subject matter expert in Medicare Employer Group Waiver Plans (EGWPs) Prescription Drug Plan (PDPs). She works to develop, implement, and manage formularies for EGWP clients rooted in a deep understanding of Medicare rules and regulations. She also has a passion for helping our members manage their long-term health. Dana spearhead’s PBD’s “Gaps in Care” program, which focuses on members with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, helping them achieve their desired health outcomes.

Before joining PBD, Dana worked at CVS Pharmacy as a pharmacist and pharmacy manager. While there, she led the One Choice initiative, which focused on helping local youth make positive choices and teaching parents how to recognize signs of drug abuse.


Dana serves on the Board of Directors for a local women’s organization, SheCAN!, which has grown to over 200 members. The group helps women realize their own worth and potential, inspiring them to pursue their dreams.

Passionate about drug misuse and abuse, Dana has also been involved with many groups to raise awareness about addiction. At D’Youville, Dana was involved with the Generation Rx program, speaking about the dangers of prescription drug abuse to local high school and college students. She also mentored other students pursuing careers in health care.
