After joining the PBD sales team in 2020, Lynn was recently promoted to Regional Sales Associate where she strives to expand the company’s brand recognition and footprint on a national level. Her key duties include helping brokers and employers understand the advantages of self-funding, and demonstrating PBD’s ability to customize a plan design that truly fits her clients’ needs.
Lynn believes it is important for clients to understand their utilization needs and what steps can be taken to contain pharmacy benefit expenses. Through PBD’s value-based approach to formulary management and strong clinical programs, employees receive a robust benefits package without compromising safety or value.
Outside of work, Lynn and her husband Bill of 29 years have 3 adult children and an adored Golden Doodle, Paisley. Lynn enjoys reading, cooking new recipes, exploring the outdoors, entertaining guests and attending country concerts!
Lynn has been an associate of the Independent Health family of companies for over 5 years and has experience in both the Medicare and Commercial markets. Prior to joining Independent Health, Lynn was a Sales Manager in the hotel industry.
Her current responsibilities include business development in new markets, request for proposals (RFP process), as well as building and maintaining strong relationships between PBD and the broker community.
Lynn was heavily involved in PTA and Parent-Association while her children were in school. A three-year breast cancer survivor, Lynn is a dedicated supporter of the Susan G. Komen Association and has participated in the More Than Pink Walks for many years.
